Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-08-26.

Scope

These terms govern use of this website and the HVAC services we provide. By requesting service you agree to them.

Estimates and Pricing

Diagnostic fees are disclosed before dispatch. Repair prices are quoted as flat rates in writing after diagnosis and require your approval before work begins. Price ranges published on this site are illustrative estimates for typical residential work and are not offers or guarantees. Actual pricing varies with equipment, parts availability, access and local conditions.

Arrival Windows

Arrival times, including same-day and next-day windows, are estimates influenced by weather, traffic, call volume and emergency prioritization. They are not guarantees.

Warranty

Repairs carry a written parts and labor warranty as stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment are governed by the manufacturer's own terms. Warranties exclude damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, power surges, flooding, pests and failure to perform required maintenance.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to equipment, disclose known hazards, and secure pets. Areas that are unsafe, obstructed or contaminated may require remediation before we can work.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless financing has been approved in advance. We accept cash and major credit cards. Unpaid balances may accrue interest and collection costs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost income or spoilage.

Website Content

Content here is general information, not professional advice for your specific equipment. Do not attempt repairs involving gas, refrigerant or line-voltage electrical work without proper training and certification.

Service Availability

City listings indicate intended coverage. Availability of any specific service in any specific city may vary. Call to confirm.

Changes

We may update these terms; the posted version governs.
